Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the specific project intended.

4. Data Privacy & Analytics

We process game data to improve AI performance. All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for ensuring that any data provided to CoralNet AI for analysis complies with their own end-user privacy agreements and local laws (such as GDPR or UK Data Protection Act).

5. Limitation of Liability

CoralNet AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our AI services. While our bots and characters are designed for high performance, we do not guarantee specific competitive outcomes in gaming environments.
